FAQ/Shipping & Returns

Do you accept returns?

We currently do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at with details of the product and the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or provide a store credit for the purchase amount.   All orders placed with a discount code or sale items are final sale. Please note if a refund is granted it could take up to 10 business days to process. Custom items cannot be exchanged or refunded. NO EXCEPTIONS. 

Order Cancellations:

Orders must be cancelled or changed within 24 hours. After 24 hours your order cannot be cancelled or changed. NO EXCEPTIONS.

How Long does Shipping & Processing Take?

Here at OGN, one of our top priorities is to cater to the needs of our curl-friends. We are one of the few companies that allow a build a wig service without the expensive costs. We will make every effort to process your order within 7-10 business days. Please allow an additional 3-4 business days for Colored Clip-Ins, Wigs, Ponytail 2.0., and clip-ins/ponytails in newly released textures, as these items can take longer to produce. Business days are Monday to Friday, except holidays, we do not ship on weekends. Our primary carrier of choice is USPS for shipping however in extreme circumstances we may ship via UPS. If you have any questions or would like updates on your order feel free to email us We are happy to help! 

Lost Packages:

OGN is not responsible for packages marked delivered. If you feel you package has been delivered in error please contact your local post office immediately so they can track the package with the delivery driver. OGN will make every effort to help find your package and submit any claims if necessary. 

Do you ship internationally?

 At the current time we only ship to the U.S and Canada.
