FAQ/Shipping & Returns

We currently do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at customerservice@ohgracenaturals.com with details of the product and the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment. Custom items cannot be exchanged or refunded. NO EXCEPTIONS. 

Order Cancellations:

Orders must be cancelled or changed within 24 hours. After 24 hours your order cannot be cancelled or changed. NO EXCEPTIONS.

An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 7-10 business days(additional 3-4 business days for Colored Clip-Ins, Wigs, Ponytail 2.0., and clip-ins/ponytails in newly released textures.) of the date of your order. Business days means Monday to Friday, except holidays. Please note we do not ship on weekends.

Lost Packages:

OGN is not responsible for packages marked delivered. If you feel you package has been delivered in error please contact your local post office immediately so they can track the package with the delivery driver. OGN will make every effort to help find your package and submit any claims if necessary. 

Do you ship internationally?

At the current time we do not ship internationally.
